There are a hundred ways to clean a window!

With nearly two decades of experience in window cleaning, we have learned there are many techniques and solutions you can use to clean windows. Through trial and error, we have determined, what we feel, to be the very best way to provide our customers with a spotless, streak-free window, all with keeping safety our number one priority.

We often encounter customers with homes or structures who have difficult to reach windows, or windows that are above two stories. Some window manufacturers design their windows to be cleaned from the inside; however, this may not always be the safest option. It may appear to be feasible for you, the property owner, to clean them yourself, but there are dangers. Leaning out of your windows to clean them provides little stability and balance, leading to possible falls.

"Many window manufacturers have built-in features that allow for cleaning windows from the inside of your home or office."

If you are unable to clean the windows from the inside, your next option would be the use of a ladder. Proper ladder usage is vital in any profession. We will ensure angles, ground stability, and surrounding obstacles are all taken into account when using a ladder. Falls can happen at any height with an improperly placed ladder.

If a ladder would not work for your home or office, a Skylift may be utilized. As when using ladders, safety precautions must also be used when using Skylifts. Take this article for instance, no one was hurt, but you can see the potential: defective, ill maintained equipment leads to catastrophic failure.

Another option for cleaning windows is the bosun’s chair; however, this option is only used when cleaning high-rise buildings. This brings us to what we have found to be the ultimate solution for cleaning windows:
Water Fed Poles.

We believe that using a Water Fed Pole is by far the safest solution to clean difficult to reach windows. Originally introduced by Irv Tucker from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA in 1945, Water Fed Poles have been used to clean windows in difficult to reach areas for decades.

The Tucker Pole may have been the first, but is not necessarily the best. Today, Water Fed Poles come in several different types: metal, fiberglass and carbon fiber. Through research, it is our opinion that the Gardiner carbon fiber pole from Europe makes for the best tool. Lightweight and strong, a carbon fiber pole can reach heights of up to five stories or 60 feet. Imagine cleaning windows that high without the use of a ladder!

A Water Fed Pole works by pumping deionized water through the pole to a brush on the end, which is used to agitate dirt and grime and rinse it away. With the harmony of the properly trained window cleaner and the Water Fed Pole, you will have the cleanest, most spot-free, streak-free windows! All with no chemicals!!

Customers seeking window cleaning for homes or buildings up to 60 feet should take comfort in knowing that we have the ability to clean windows without the use of a ladder! Imagine, from a safety standpoint, there is no risk of someone falling from a rope or a lift hitting your building. Your window cleaner is safely on the ground cleaning your windows with the latest technology!

Not only is the Water Fed Pole technology the safest for window cleaning, it also allows you, the property owner, the security in knowing there are no additional chemicals being used on your property.
